Week #21 2013 May Revolution anniversary

If you are looking for this year´s decluttering and organizing posts click here!

This month we will be taking care of the laundry. For daily tips on both the practical and the spiritual process you can also follow my Facebook page

For Creative Every Day challenge 2013 by Leah Piken Kolidas, I´m taking at least a picture a day for the whole year. I´ve checked 145 out of the possible 146 pictures for 2013 so far. Click on the pictures to see them bigger!

Monday, May 20th (139/140): my daughter and her closest friends are very much into animé and that includes japanese food. Imagine their joy when I found ramen (noodles) at our local supermarket and sent each a packet. :D

Tuesday, May 21st (140/141): this is how 2255 bottle caps look like. I have a jar in the kitchen where we put the caps. Each time the jar is full I transfer them to a bag and put them into a cupboard in the laundryroom. That process went on and on for YEARS. As I´m working on decluttering and organizing the laundry room this month I decided to finally send them in for the charity I was gathering them for.
My structured mind wanted to know how many we had. My artist mind wanted to "do something" with them.
Here´s the result. Thanks Mati & Tati for your help! We had a great time playing together.

Wednesday, May 22nd (141/142): pain killers. Lots of them. All for me.

Thursday, May 23rd (142/143): right outside the local Town Hall where I went to renew my driver´s licence.

Friday, May 24th (143/144): my son Matias as National Flag escort for a school event. The students with higher grades in Year 6 (last one of secondary school) have the honour of carrying the flags. May 25th marks the anniversary of our first local government which lead the way to our independence from Spain

Saturday, May 25th (144/145): Mati is a FCBayern fan so he watched the match with his dad.

Sunday, May 26th (145/146): Tatiana´s latest drawing.

A couple of extra shots:
Going through old papers, fliers and magazines.
New chocolate waffers. :)

Pain killers?? What happened? :(

I had to laugh about the ramen. Used to eat it in college. Cheap and easy. :)

Hope this week is a good one (needing no more pain meds!).

Your photos do such a great job of showing all the different little things each of us packs into a week of modern day life
